All copyright remains with the Author. All Entries must be unpublished works. All submissions must be sent to us within the body of an Email ~ Emails received with an attachment will be deleted without being opened and entry fees will not be refunded. The Contest is based in America and therefore the Prize will be issued in American Dollars. The Contest Winner will be responsible for cashing the check and any conversion fee rates which may apply. The Velvet Goat reserves the right to cancel The Contest at any time without refund of Entry Fee.
